We are an Abu Dhabi software company, founded in 2015. We build platforms for businesses that operate in the UAE.
The company
From client work to our own products.
For a decade we built and ran commerce and operations platforms for other UAE businesses. Storefronts, marketplaces, dispatch systems and back offices: the machinery a trading company needs to function.
That work now informs our own. We saw the same problems come up again and again, so we built the software to solve them properly and kept running it.
We still take on a small number of client projects. Our main focus is now building and operating our own products, YallaOrder and Hadhar.
We are a small, senior team. The person you talk to is the person who does the work. There are no account managers in between.

Abu Dhabi
NatWeb Solutions begins trading in Abu Dhabi, building websites and commerce platforms for local businesses.
- 2018
Commerce at scale
Our e-commerce work grows with clients like Eyewa, THE LIST, and Timepiece360, building platforms for high-volume trade.
- 2020
Operations software
Focus shifts to operations software: dispatch systems, HR platforms, and order management for clients.
- 2024
Our own products
YallaOrder and Hadhar launch as public products, based on a decade of client project experience.

A holding company
The company now operates its own products, alongside a selective client engineering practice.
