Jobcentre
Hiring in the UAE without the account ceremony.
A UAE job board where an employer posts a role in under a minute. No password to invent, no onboarding funnel, no sales call standing between a vacancy and the board.
Every job board asks an employer to create an account before it will accept a single vacancy. That is backwards. A board is worth exactly as much as the roles on it, so every step between an employer and a published listing is a tax on the only thing that matters.
On Jobcentre you post the role first. Identity is an email address and a six-digit code — there is no password to invent or forget. Removing it removed the largest drop-off point before a role goes live.
Candidates browse twenty categories across fourteen cities and emirates, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Al Ain, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. They can save a shortlist and forward a role onward, which is how most jobs actually get shared.
The first advert from any employer is free. After that a listing is AED 19 for thirty days, or AED 49 for ninety — priced well under the regional incumbents, because a board with no vacancies on it is worth nothing to charge for.
